Context: A local home renovation consulting company was in the process of hiring and onboarding new employees. The owner wanted to streamline the process and ensure that new hires understood ethical practices in their field. 

Challenge: The company saw incredible growth and needed to hire more consultants. Many new hires were unfamiliar with potential conflicts of interest in the workplace. The company wanted to avoid any perceived improprieties by educating their new hires.

Each new hire completed this course as part of their compliance training. The course provides an overview of how to recognize, avoid, and manage conflicts of interest in the workplace. Employees gain practical strategies for maintaining integrity and trust in the workplace.
